Sha Ling  joined KKR in 2023 and is the Global Head of Strategic Sourcing. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Ling worked at Goldman Sachs since 2015 in global strategic sourcing, primarily leading the America’s sourcing team, professional services, and global contingent workforce. Prior to Goldman Sachs, she worked in a variety of sourcing roles in the pharmaceutical and tech industries. Ms. Ling received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
