Fernando Valero Balbaneda is the Global Supply Chain Director at Telefónica, bringing over 20 years of expertise in SCM, operations, and digital transformation. With past roles at Vodafone and PwC Consulting, he excels in driving efficiency and innovation in global, multicultural environments. Based in Madrid, he leads with a vision for sustainable excellence.

Kristina Andric is a rising leader in procurement, recognized for her innovation and sustainability efforts. A two-time CIPS Young Talent award winner, she has excelled in indirect procurement and responsible sourcing. Since joining Tetra Pak in 2018 through the Future Talent program, she has driven impactful change in sustainability and supply chain excellence.

Michelle Vita leads Datadog's Procurement and Strategic Sourcing functions. These dynamic, forward-thinking groups are responsible for ensuring value-driven procurement practices and mitigating risk for the organization.

Rosalia Snyder leads strategy and digital transformation for Microsoft's Source to Pay, Travel & Corporate Card solutions, prioritizing AI and build vs. buy decisions. She leads teams with a focus on strategic thinking, streamlined processes, and innovative tech enablement to mitigate risk and cost.

Prem Ramachandran serves as the Global Senior Director for Procurement Process, Insights & Analytics at Mars Global Services. He is responsible for turning complex processes into smooth operations, leveraging cutting-edge tools, alongside data-driven insights. Prem has been at Mars since 2019, and is UK based.

Tony Filippone, Chief Research Officer at HFS Research, leads strategic initiatives shaping enterprise and tech ecosystems. With 30+ years in leadership and procurement, he’s driven innovation at AXIS Capital, Union Bank, and Elevance Health. A USC and Pepperdine grad, he enjoys scuba diving, cooking, and global travel.

Deborah Dull is the founder of the Circular Supply Chain Network and has held various roles at Zero100, GE Digital, the Gates Foundation, Genpact, and Microsoft. She works with supply chains to use advanced technologies that improve process, product use, and the supply chain professionals’ experience.

Maria Jesús Saénz is Director of the Digital Supply Chain Transformation Lab at the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics. The primary research quantifies how data-driven AI ecosystems create value in supply chains. Dr. Saenz also serves as the Executive Director of the MIT Supply Chain Management Master's Program.

Natalie Lorberboym Mano is the GM of PepsiCo labs leading global innovation from scouting, scaling, and investing in cutting edge tech solutions that address PepsiCo's key business needs. Coming from a Venture Capital background, Natalie has served as a high-tech and M&A lawyer and holds deep expertise working with startups.
